Freedom of Information Act.

The Nunda Township office provides access to public records under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140). All residents have the right to inspect and copy public records held by the Township.

How to submit a FOIA request

All requests must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, email, or personal delivery. The Township will respond within 5 business days of receiving your request (with up to 5 additional business days if an extension is needed).

Copying fees

The first 50 copies are free. Additional copies are $0.15 per side. Color and oversized copies may be available at additional cost.
