8 Outside Attorney's advisory regarding the Park
Trustee Karen Tynis inquired about updates from outside counsel. Supervisor Bobera-Drain stated she has not received updates and requested all correspondences be sent to all board members.

9 Heating unit malfunction in Assessor's office
Supervisor Bobera-Drain reported the heating unit has stopped working in the assessor's office and repairs or replacement are being assessed. The responsibility for a voltage short that caused motor failure is being determined between ComEd and the Township. Attorney Puma suggested contacting ComEd's Government Affairs Representative.
